Every Friday night I cannot wait for Gold Rush Alaska to start on the Discovery channel on my Todd Hoffman. Todd is a big, and bulky guy he just has a mean look to him. He has a job to do and takes this job very seriously. When the rest of the crew are not doing their job, and are just goofing around trying to have fun Todd will get on them to start doing their jobs.
The reason the show is on the Discovery channel is that it gives viewers a sense of what it was like for the viewer's ancestors. During the California Gold Rush many people rushed to California in search of gold, and if they were lucky enough to find gold they were able to cash in on the gold. Many people who find gold today are able to cash in on the gold, and are able to become quite wealthy. Gold Rush Alaska is a program that builds excitement.
