New Poets Now Playing!

I did not like being the only
poet coming here so hopefully
to find no one else playing--lonely.
But I'm excited by new words--bully!

I want the new poets to be happy
in posting their works here aptly,
despite finding mine so sappy,
I will continue to read their raptly.

Life is too short to face it sourly,
because our best intentions can barely
hope to do better than take it hourly
having some fun and dealing fairly.
